November is also approaching the idea of ​​using a less special fire to launch the November campaign without our shaving along with the Robinhood Army. The purpose of this campaign is to encourage our colleagues to help disadvantaged people by donating food, clothing and school supplies to marginalized children. The reason why we joined the Robinhood Army is their special commitment to serve the hungry and poor. Over the years, their NGOs have fed once a day to thousands of people who are unable to meet the basic needs of human life. With the support of a network of more than 2,000 slaves around the world, the Robinhood Army has set the task of eliminating hunger at a completely different level. To eliminate the enemy of food waste, they also contacted a number of restaurants and hotel chains to donate the remains of poor people. From hunger to free lessons for poor people who drop out of school, they do anything to change the world today. They are great inspirations which then inspire us to do everything we can to change society. With the Robinhood Army, we launched a fundraising campaign in our shared office in Lahore to introduce the struggle to people and how a little help from them can help improve the lives of thousands of disadvantaged people. The answer is of course surprising. At the front door there is a donation box with a bold BE A HERO logo on the front, where people are asked to donate items to comply with the RHA Nile Policy. It is a fair and transparent system that ensures that it is not paper money, only food and supplies. At the end of the month, we have donations of more than 90 kg of food, including rice, flour and stews. We have to reinstall the new box repeatedly so it doesn't overflow. As winter approaches, it is difficult for people to donate winter clothes and basic necessities along with other clothes. Every time we collect donations, we value the efforts of our colleagues with bright smiles and sincere thanks. Your efforts and we have helped change for the better.

November is over and it's time to reunite with Robins. Luck was mutually beneficial when we told them the amount of donations collected by telephone. They invited us to a food tour, which took place the next day in the slums of Noida, and we called happily. Because of this, we moved with our excitement package to a place where the trip had to be done. The excitement on the faces of these malnourished children when they see packages of French fries and soft drinks in our hands is not real. Drive for 3 hours and we can support more than 100 people with food and clothing. It was a totally different experience - a sense of empowerment that focused on mutual efforts for the benefit of the community. Then, when we have decided that we are not just a place to work together, we are here to change the world for a better destination, one after another.
